Alamo Title Park Cities offers continuing education courses through various licensed CE providers. Alamo Title Park Cities is not currently a licensed CE provider. Each education provider is licensed by the State of Texas in accordance with the Texas Real Estate License Act.

Alamo Title Park Cities’ core business is the production and issuance of title insurance and the closing of escrows. Our education program complements and supports real estate brokers, managing brokers, agents, and other industry professionals.

Classes are developed to address practical, everyday challenges encountered by Texas real estate professionals. Course instructors bring current knowledge of title, escrow, sales, legal, or other relevant industry topics.

Certificates of Completion

Upon course completion, students will receive a Certificate of Completion that includes:

• Course title
• Course number
• Course commencement date
• Course completion date
• The licensed education provider’s name and provider number
• Number of clock hours
• Student certification, to be completed by the student after issuance by the school

Prerequisites

Any person may take courses offered through Alamo Title Park Cities regardless of age, race, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, citizenship, or physical characteristics. No previous educational experience or specific knowledge is required. We provide equal access to our services. Admission Procedure

Admission is handled on a course-by-course basis. Students are admitted based on proper completion of the course registration process and payment of any applicable course fee. Registration and payment instructions may vary by course and will be provided on the applicable class listing or registration page.

Attendance Requirements

To qualify for a Certificate of Completion, students must physically attend the prescribed number of classroom hours for the course. A classroom hour is 50 minutes of actual classroom or workshop instruction, exclusive of examination time.

Standards of Progress

Examinations are required for the non-elective courses Legal Update I and Legal Update II. There is no minimum passing score, but students must complete the examination to receive a Certificate of Completion. For courses that do not require an examination, physical attendance is the standard of progress.

Recording Is Prohibited

Using cameras or recording devices of any kind to copy, record, or duplicate course materials or course content and delivery is prohibited. The course provider reserves all rights to course content and materials. Violation of this policy may result in dismissal from the course.
